Walking With Indeginous Youth. Sharing Life. Planting the Gospel.
2026 Summer internship
The 2026 Summer Intern Program is built around one central hope:
to walk closely with Indigenous youth and share the love of Jesus through deep relationships and meaningful experiences.
From June 20 to August 9, our interns will spend seven intentional weeks living, serving, and learning alongside youth in the northern communities God has called us to. This isn’t a quick drop-in ministry—this is life-on-life discipleship lived out through shared moments, long days together, and time “on the land.”
What This Summer Will Look Like
On-the-Land Learning
Youth and interns will experience the beauty and challenges of God’s creation together—canoeing, camping, cooking outdoors, and learning practical skills that build confidence and open the door for meaningful conversations.
Warrior Summit Youth Gathering
A 7-day discipleship trip where our team and 20 Indigenous youth will join more than 1,000 young people from across North America. Worship, teaching, and fellowship create powerful space for youth to hear and respond to Jesus.
Canoe & Camping Trip
A week away from distractions—18 youth and our interns living together on the land, experiencing daily discipleship, and hearing the Gospel in a setting where hearts are open.
Sports Camps (Soccer & Volleyball)
Sports camps give us natural opportunities to build trust, speak life, and encourage youth. With skilled coaches and volunteers, we aim to reach at least 60 youth through these camps.
Hiking & Backpacking Trip
Eight days in the wilderness—walking trails, sharing stories, reading Scripture, and planting seeds of hope. This environment consistently becomes a place where youth open up and God moves.
Why This Matters
Youth need time, trust, and consistent presence.
Our interns will offer all three.
Through shared meals, early mornings, long drives, campfires, laughter, challenges, and conversations that happen when you least expect them—interns have the opportunity to speak Jesus into real life.
These are the moments that shape a young person’s heart.
These are the moments that change stories.
Your Partnership Makes This Possible
We are trusting God for $22,000 to fully support the 2026 Summer Intern Program.
$41 supports one intern for a day of serving, mentoring, and discipling youth.
$82 provides one Indigenous youth for a day, the chance to engage in these life-changing discipleship opportunities.
Every gift—large or small—helps open a door for a young person to encounter Jesus in a tangible way.
